Leonardo Hotel Karlsruhe

disturbances by the cleaning lady before 8.00 a.m. on Saturday morning and the relaxed reaction by the receiption staff when I asked her to make sure that there is not so much noise.

Location was alright for my stay.

Car parking, too far to the pay parking. Do not kae American Express cards, staff said it was my card had an error, although my work colleague had the same card and his also had an error. !!!!!! Stayed in Best Western night before in Baden and no problems what so ever. Staff at the Queens could not be bothered.

I liked welcomming receptionists who were always ready to help me. Interior of the room and the hotel as whole was well-designed, staying in the hotel seemed me pretty comfortable.

Difference betwwe advertising and reality:P It was written that wi-fi is free but it wasn`t

Centrally located, easy to reach from the train station, big windows.

Room, even though double bed, exceptionally small. I could barely move between bed and tv. Breakfast is fair but definitely overpriced, sorry to say that in such an open manner.

Location is good with tram access just outside the hotel and close to congress center and town center. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

There are absolutely no amenities in the bathroom other than soap and towels. Rooms are very basic and breakfast was not included in the price. My expectation is higher for a 4 star than what was provided but as the price was what I would expect to pay for a 3 star hotel, I got what I would have expected. One negative was that there was a party downstairs in the room off the lobby and the music and conversation could be heard in my 3rd floor room until midnight so sound-proofing is not great.

Good Location close to the Hauptbahnof (2 tram stops) Clean room and good staff.

Position of the hotel very dark and lonely in the night (no shops open around) but it seems safe.

It was all quit nice

I ordered a double bed and I got 2 singles and they refused to offer compensation. If it wasnt a romantic new years night I would have complained a lot more than I did. It was very dissappointing

the staff is very helpful. Espesially Mr Ihsan ....

Excellent breakfast variety

got suite with view to the zoo and a separate toilet as expected. the location was nice for walking around karlsruhe zoo.

location is OK,and the service is 4 stars, and the buffet lunch is good.

the WIFI is poor, need to log in with new user ID and password per hour, bad network quality !

Awesome breakfast with friendly staff!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and had lovely views from the upper floors. If I had to pick on something, I would say the carpets could use a little updating.

Terrific service, very nice staff during stay. Great and convenient location not too far away from Karlsruhe Theater. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue...
